As the ERP Application Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our key business applications. Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the M3 ERP system, ensuring its high availability, performance, and security for all business-critical operations.
• Provide expert functional support to end-users across various departments for M3 and other integrated applications like Dynamics CRM, Estimate, and Yellowstar.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
• Participate actively in ongoing development projects and system transition initiatives, contributing to the successful implementation of new features and modules.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for application-related issues, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
• Conduct regular system health checks, performance monitoring, and proactive maintenance activities to prevent potential issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT colleagues, business process owners, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and effective system usage.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvement to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Facilitate user training sessions and create educational materials to ensure effective adoption of new functionalities and best practices.
• Stay abreast of new developments, updates, and best practices related to M3 ERP and other relevant business applications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in an Application Management, Functional Consultant, or similar role, specifically with enterprise-level ERP systems.
• Demonstrable experience with M3 ERP is highly preferred; extensive experience with other major ERP systems will also be considered.
• Familiarity with other business applications such as Dynamics CRM, Estimate (quote management), or Supplier Platforms (like Yellowstar) is a significant advantage.
• Availability to work 32 to 40 hours per week (full-time or substantial part-time).
• A strong desire to make a tangible impact and contribute to the optimization of business-critical systems.
• Experience working in a dynamic, changing, and growing application landscape, adapting to new technologies and processes.
• Proven ability to participate in and drive system development and transition projects from conception to implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with technical teams and non-technical business users at all levels.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is highly beneficial given the company's operational context and international interactions.
