Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to conduct in-depth analyses of their current logistical processes, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and order fulfillment.
• Identify critical pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process standardization and improvement through the strategic application of ERP solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement tailored ERP solutions, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics NAV, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, from initial discovery and blueprinting to system configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Conduct comprehensive functional analyses and translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
• Develop and deliver engaging, practical training programs for end-users and key stakeholders, ensuring successful adoption and proficiency with the new ERP systems.
• Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other existing enterprise applications, data sources, and third-party solutions, safeguarding data integrity and operational continuity.
• Provide ongoing expert advice, optimization strategies, and support to clients, proactively identifying ways to enhance system performance and business outcomes.
• Play a significant role in presales activities, including preparing and delivering compelling solution demonstrations, contributing to proposal development, and articulating the value proposition of Connectyou's services.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships built on mutual success and understanding.
• Take a leading role in various client engagements, potentially overseeing junior consultants or specific project workstreams, demonstrating strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ERP technology, particularly within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, and logistics industry trends to continuously enhance expertise and service quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as an ERP Business Consultant with a dedicated focus on logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with ERP solutions, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Dynamics NAV.
• Proven ability to analyze complex logistics processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Extensive experience in guiding full-cycle ERP implementations and system optimizations.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of performing detailed business and system analyses.
• Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs for end-users.
• A strong understanding of system integration principles and practical experience ensuring seamless ERP system integration.
• Active participation and success in presales activities, including solution demonstration and proposal contribution.
• A proven track record of building and maintaining strong, sustainable client relationships.
• Possess leadership capabilities, with the ability to take a guiding role in projects or client engagements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English are highly advantageous.
