The ERP Finance Systems Specialist will be responsible for the continuous maintenance, optimization, and strategic alignment of our financial ERP system. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects, with a primary focus on financial modules, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Act as the primary internal project manager and subject matter expert for financial ERP implementations and enhancements, coordinating all phases from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate intensively with external ERP implementation partners, managing vendor relationships, overseeing their deliverables, and ensuring seamless integration of their expertise with Destinus' internal objectives.
• Perform ongoing system maintenance, including routine checks, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and applying necessary updates or patches to ensure the financial ERP system operates flawlessly and securely.
• Proactively identify opportunities for workflow optimization within finance and related departments, designing and implementing process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Uphold and enforce stringent data governance policies, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, security, and integrity of all financial data within the ERP system, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Partner strategically with various internal departments, including Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT, to understand their evolving business needs and translate them into effective ERP system functionalities and solutions.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify gaps, define requirements, and configure the ERP system to align with current and future business needs, maximizing system utility and user adoption.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation for end-users, ensuring all stakeholders are proficient in utilizing the ERP system's financial functionalities.
• Provide expert-level support to end-users, resolving complex system issues and acting as a central point of contact for all financial ERP-related inquiries.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and managing ERP implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting).
• Demonstrable expertise in ERP system administration, maintenance, and support, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user management.
• Deep understanding of core financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Experience in workflow analysis, process re-engineering, and the successful implementation of optimization strategies within ERP environments.
• A strong commitment to data integrity and security, with practical experience in data governance and quality assurance methodologies.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to partner effectively with diverse internal departments and external vendors.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and functional solutions within the ERP system.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
