Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Leadership: Spearhead the transition to a proactive, user-centric DEX model, serving as the primary technology ambassador and the face of IT for our Zürich offices. Provide white-glove, expert-level support that significantly enhances employee productivity and satisfaction.

  • Microsoft 365 Ecosystem Expertise: Act as the onsite expert for the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including advanced administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune, with a strong focus on secure collaboration.

  • AI & Automation Champion: Drive the adoption and effective utilization of advanced AI tools, notably Microsoft Copilot, to boost employee productivity and innovation. Identify opportunities for, develop, and implement automated workflows using tools like Power Automate or PowerShell scripting.

  • Hardware Lifecycle & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the comprehensive lifecycle management of our high-performance hardware ecosystem. This includes procurement, deployment, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and secure decommissioning of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and modern meeting room AV equipment.

  • Technical Support & Problem Resolution: Deliver timely and effective Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for a wide array of software applications, hardware malfunctions, and network connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous productivity.

  • IT Security & Compliance: Strictly adhere to EIP’s robust IT security policies and best practices, actively contributing to the implementation and monitoring of security measures across all digital workplace technologies.
