Product Consultant, HR Workflow & Implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing HR processes (as-is) to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for optimization within client organizations.
• Design and conceptualize future-state (to-be) HR workflows, ensuring they align with best practices, client objectives, and the capabilities of the Youforce platform.
• Expertly configure and customize the Youforce Workflow module to meet specific client requirements, including setting up business rules, approval flows, notifications, and data fields.
• Facilitate the realization of seamless integrations between the Youforce platform and other critical HR systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient information exchange across the HR tech stack.
• Lead and guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, from project planning and scoping to user acceptance testing (UAT) and successful go-live.
• Develop and execute detailed (end-to-end and acceptance) testing strategies to validate system functionality, performance, and user experience before deployment.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials to ensure knowledge transfer and system manageability for clients.
• Provide expert advisory services to clients on HR best practices, system utilization, and strategic adoption of the Youforce platform to maximize their investment.
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for various user groups, including HR administrators, managers, and end-users, ensuring they are proficient and confident in using the Youforce solution.
• Act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and further system enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a Product Consultant, Implementation Consultant, or Business Analyst role, preferably within the HR technology or enterprise software sector.
• Demonstrable experience with HR process analysis, design, and optimization (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance management, leave management, payroll integration).
• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing HRIS or HR workflow management systems, with direct exposure to platforms like Youforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders from HR professionals to IT teams.
• A proactive and client-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is highly advantageous given the client base.
