- Contribute to the development and optimization of new assays and experimental methodologies to enhance research capabilities and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, summaries, and contribute to scientific publications or patent applications as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Hematology, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on laboratory experience, preferably within an industry or academic research setting with a focus on hematology, immunology, or oncology.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a broad range of molecular and cellular biology techniques, including primary cell culture, multi-parameter flow cytometry, ELISA, Western blot, RT-qPCR, and microscopy.
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of hematopoiesis, blood cell biology, and the pathophysiology of non-malignant hematological disorders.
- Proven ability to independently design, execute, and analyze complex experiments with meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate scientific concepts, present data, and write comprehensive reports.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic research environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
