As an integral part of our onsite team at Fort Bragg, NC, you will leverage your comprehensive expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and robust infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust full-stack applications, encompassing both front-end user interfaces and back-end services, utilizing modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Architect, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure components and tools essential for the development and release of software solutions.
• Establish, optimize, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployments, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery.
• Serve as a primary liaison between technical development teams and client stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans and ensuring all infrastructure needs are met and communicated effectively.
• Apply advanced consulting skills to provide expert guidance on architectural decisions, technology selections, and best practices for software development and DevOps methodologies.
• Leverage extensive technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues across development, staging, and production environments, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
• Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full stack development, cloud computing, and DevOps to foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance system reliability, improve operational efficiency, and address evolving client requirements.
• Automate repetitive tasks through scripting and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices, compliance standards, and performance optimization across all developed solutions and infrastructure components.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment.
• Document system architectures, operational procedures, and development processes thoroughly to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain operational continuity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Full Stack Development and DevOps Engineering roles.
• Demonstrated advanced consulting skills with the ability to advise, influence, and guide technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Extensive technical expertise across various programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
• Proven full industry knowledge of best practices in software development, secure coding, system architecture, and modern DevOps principles.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and database management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite capacity at Fort Bragg, NC.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between diverse teams and clients.
