Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for our valued Zorg ERP clients, providing first-line support and guidance for their daily operational challenges.
• Receive, register, and meticulously analyze incoming support requests, incidents, and user queries related to Zorg ERP's financial, procurement, and logistics modules.
• Conduct thorough problem diagnosis, identifying root causes of technical issues and user errors within the Zorg ERP system.
• Provide clear, concise, and effective solutions to clients, guiding them through troubleshooting steps or explaining system functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Support Consultants and other internal departments in Groningen to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user documentation to empower clients with self-service resources.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and Zorg ERP application by providing valuable feedback based on client interactions.
• Participate in internal training sessions to deepen your expertise in Zorg ERP and stay abreast of new features and functionalities.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication.
• Translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical users within healthcare organizations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A strong affinity for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and a genuine interest in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues and propose practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and patiently to diverse user groups.
• A customer-centric mindset, demonstrating empathy and a proactive approach to supporting clients.
• Proven ability to learn complex software applications, such as ERP systems, quickly and efficiently.
• High level of proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written, is essential for effective client communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Prior experience in a support role or with ERP systems is a plus, but not strictly required as comprehensive internal training will be provided.
• A relevant educational background in IT, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is advantageous.
